Costa del Sol Services can provide a tailor made property maintenance and after sales service to suit any individual home owner, and the services we offer are numerous. We can offer standard property maintenance packages with a set price, as well as many 'optional extras' but if you do not see exactly what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are here to offer you whatever property management service you require and all at a competitive price.

Our policy is to be honest and open with our clients, therefore, please note that the prices below are estimates, as the actual price would depend upon the size of the property, as you would expect to pay more for 80 m2 apartment as against 50 m2 2-bed apartment and also it would depend on the size of the balcony/terracing to be cleaned. They still provide you with a good guide price per property!

Home care management services, price on application:

  • Weekly Property Inspection (when the property is unoccupied) checking the followings areas of your property: Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living and Dining Rooms, Hallway, Terrace, etc.;
  • pests and vermin and recommend remedial action;
  • all your lights and water supply points are working, taps, bath, shower, bides are functioning and flush the toilets;
  • all of your electrical equipment and electro domestic appliances are in working order;
  • all your security services and alarm system equipment are fully functional;
  • check your swimming pool and garden (if applicable);
  • humidity check;
  • check your terraces and patios;
  • check post box for new mail and forward it to you.
  • Additionally our maintenance team provides an immediate response to all maintenance requirements
